I certainly didn't mean for this to become a cake blog!! but, it seems that is what I am up to most of the time. Here are the cakes I have made recently. I am really proud of them, I can see that I am getting better. I even made roses for the first time! Here they are

What cute cakes! You are very good, I have dabbled and I know that it's harder than it looks. I tried to make roses out of frosting once and they were so hard. Are they easier out of fondent?
