they are so temptingly delicious! the fact that they are only available once a year adds to their appeal. Oh, they are sneaky. but since they cost a bit much for a small box with not a lot of cookies, i decided to improvise this year with....
why have i never thought of adding andes mints to brownies? seems like a simple enough idea, but it has never crossed my mind. i am glad it did, they taste just like a thin mint. now i can have that yummy heaven all year round!
this isn't the best picture, but they turned out fantastic!
